When to use needle valves?
Compared to diaphragm control valves, the needle valves can be used with higher differential pressure, and our needle valve standard range covers a pressure range up to PN40, and on request up to PN100. Our standard size range covers DN80 to DN1600, and on request up to DN2000. The needle valves can be manually actuated or can be controlled by electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic actuation.

With all internal and moving parts in stainless steel, the valves have a long life time. The body is completely protected by fusion bonded epoxy coating.Also, the sealings make up a long life system and high performance seal, located in no-flow zone, is easy replaceable without disassembling the valve from the pipeline.The valves hold a special and innovative gasket for a perfect and bidirectional seat, and all gaskets are located safely in the no-flow zone. In addition, the compact piston has 4-6 replaceable bronze guides to ensure very low vibration. AVK needle valves undergoes a strict quality control carried out using modern equipment as static and dynamic test benches, and quality parameters are carefully checked by our highly qualified staff.
