AVK Gulf Hosts Kuwait MEW Engineers for Factory Acceptance Test at Glenfield Invicta Factory
AVK Gulf welcomed representatives from Kuwait’s Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) and project Contractors to Glenfield Invicta’s manufacturing facility for a detailed inspection visit focused on quality, testing, and project readiness. 16-02-2026
AVK Gulf, together with colleagues from Glenfield Invicta Ltd, hosted engineers from Kuwait’s Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) and the project contractor at Glenfield Invicta’s advanced manufacturing facility. The visit provided a comprehensive view of AVK’s manufacturing standards, quality control processes, and testing protocols for valves supplied to key MEW infrastructure projects.
During the factory tour, more than 300 gate, butterfly, and air valves were thoroughly pressure-tested and inspected in line with project specifications and international quality standards. These valves were prepared for Kuwait’s MEW/1 and MEW/72 projects, which support the country’s water supply and distribution network.
